Shipping & Delivery
At The Shirt Lady, we aim to get your favorite styles to you as quickly as possible! Orders typically ship within 72 hours, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
- Standard Shipping: Arrives within 2-8 business days, with free shipping on orders over $50.
- Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-3 business days for a quicker delivery option.
Please note: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different locations based on availability to ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, The Shirt Lady offers free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible unless they are faulty.
- Return requests must be initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include a photo of your item(s) with your return request so we can confirm its condition.
- Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at kerrifarrar@yahoo.com. If it’s been over 20 days, we’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
